1-grid *****up

Several days ago, I received a request to pay for the domain profinder.co.za which I owned for a year or two. I was happy because I can sell the domain but thought it was lost. I paid the R99. 00 for the year, as well as a hosting package of R60. 00 to activate it again. When I tried to get it active, I saw there is an existing hosting package on it, to the tune of R198. 00 I promptly paid that. I got login details and installed WordPress but could not get the site live. It turns out the domain is hosted by its new owners on another hosting site and didn't belong to 1-grid in the first place! Now, I have tried to recover the R 360.00 from them but all I get is that they're "investigating" Seems like the R360. 00 will break the bank. I feel that ai should perhaps demand access to my domain @ profinder.co.za as I have proof that I paid for it. Perhaps it was sold without my permission. Ill get legal advice..
