1-Grid | Unacceptable Service and Website Mismanagement

DO NOT USE 1-GRID, THEY ARE CARELESS, USELESS AND ***********!

I am beyond frustrated with the ********** service from 1-Grid.

My website, which took months to build, was incorrectly terminated due to an error on their end, and since then, it has been an endless cycle of empty promises and lack of action. Eventually, receiving an email saying they apologise for the unfavourable outcome, but they are unable to reinstate my website to the state it was in. Blaming ME for not having backups, but they terminated the account with the emails that had the backups!

Despite contacting support multiple times and being assured of callbacks and updates, I’ve been left in the dark with no resolution for weeks!

It’s appalling that a company claiming to be a professional hosting provider to numerous small businesses in South Africa, is unable to restore my website to its original state. I’ve had to chase down updates that never come, I always had to force communication and eventually had to spam their ticket system before someone reached out. This unprofessionalism is costing me time, money, and peace of mind.

For anyone considering 1-Grid, DON'T. And I will make it my mission to get people OFF 1-Grid!

Their level of service is unacceptable and reflects a complete lack of care for their clients, I've been paying for an inactive website, they have techs on hand, but they clearly not interested in getting my website to the state it was.

AND BECAUSE THEIR SERVICE IS CHEAP, THEY GASLIGHT YOU IF THEY ARE AT FAULT, REFUSE TO ADMIT IT AND WON'T DO ANYTHING IF IT MEANS THEY DON'T GET ANYTHING IN RETURN
