1-Grid totally disappointing

I have been a customer of 1-grid since they bought out WebAfrica an generally service was good. There is a new problem they have not sorted out since 8 December 2023. Today is 3 January. Several tickets have been opened. The 2nd to last (which was escalated ATS (3rd Tier escalations) was closed by them without any response at all. The system is still stuck. No email responses, no Whatsapp responses, no Live Chat responses (except for the totally useless robotic answers). I am now at the point investigating an alternative hosting service.
