1-Grid. The worst Provider to ever exist. Worst than Municipality services.

So on the 9th of April my service gets suspended due to "non payment". After an argument with them and to provide a service for my clients i paid an amount of R519 which was the ONLY apparent amount outstanding on my account. Today the 15th April my service gets suspended AGAIN due to an apparent outstanding amount of 200 odd rands. So as it is now my account as well as all of my clients accounts is down due to *********** 1-Grid. I spoke to support which gave me good service but then transferred to billing department . It is so loud i have to repeat myself 10 times and still they couldn't understand what i am saying. I requested a call back from the manager which was supposed to be in 10 minutes which still hasn't happened. I will take all my time to make sure that everybody on facebook, Instagram,whatsapp and other platfroms know that 1-Grid is a useless company and shouldn't make use of their services. How can my account be up to date 1 moment and next moment it is suspended.
