1-GRID technical and client service is below par!
I am on a website builder package www.okuhleafrika.com and my website has been working since I registered on 12 July. I notice now that my url is going to a site that I have knowledge of (its blue and relates to services I know not of)
Upon calling and speaking to Ethan, he insisted a number of times that my site is not hacked. He also said that my site had never been live. I have emailed a screen recording to prove otherwise - my website has been live for more than two weeks now. Screen_Recording_***_Instagram.mp4
Apart from this technical issue - Ethan infuriated me because he made it seem like I am lying.
Secondly he said that he would close the ticket - despite the issue not being resolved.
Thirdly he said he does not know the meaning of 'hacked' because he insists that my site was not hacked and yet I have an active SSL certificate.
I asked him how my website changed to the below - he said he does not know.
