1-grid Support to resolve SPAM
Had a problem with SPAM. 1-grid support (Eldrid Daniels) took ownership of this problem and helped to resolve it. While it was being resolved, he stayed in touched with me all the time via phone and eMail messages. After it was resolved he still waited another 2 days and then contacted me to find out if i was satisfied that the problem did not occur again. Full marks to the 1-Grid Support team. Thank You once again.
