Have been having issues with my mails from a previous service supplier, web hosting and emails were inactive for almost 2 weeks.
I had the fortunate pleasure of being assisted by Linda Kalipa (1-grid Support). Not only did he assist me with retreaving my mails and hosting my website but he held on the phone with me as i re-established my mails connecting them to Gmail (Which he had no reason to help me above and beyond).
Thank you for your service and assistance.
(Only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because i suffered for 5 days trying to have the live chat to assist me with opening tickets, had it not been for that experience i would have given 5 stars).
