1-Grid support is non-existent when you try to cancel.

I'm trying to cancel a hosting package with 1-Grid and they are impossible to get hold of.

Seriously, you can sign up for any of their services using their website - but if you want to cancel - you need to call a landline number.

If the number gets answered (1/5 tries) you then need to hold on for 20 minutes before anyone will speak to you - and then they cut you off.

If you raise a support ticket - it gets closed automatically with the message that you need to call the landline.

Seems to me that they are doing everything they can to make cancellation impossible.
