1-grid support experience - Unbelievably good!

Had one of the best IT support experiences yesterday. Coming from the IT industry I do find it frustrating to fight my way through first line support and get to someone who can help. I fully understand that call centers have to deal with many issues, and most are generic and simple to solve. Been asking silly questions like have you restarted the device and the like just wastes time! It was really refreshing to have a conversation with a guy who was indeed a knowledgeable technician. Tashreeq du Plessis was the engineer's name. What a legend! I was having an issue with DNS CNAMEs which needed pointing to a partner in the US. Not only did Tash know exactly what was required, but had it working within minutes! Then proceeded to assist streamline my process by showing me how to make these changes myself. We do these changes regularly and logging a call every time slows the us down significantly. Now I can make these changes on the fly and reduce the build time from days to minutes. Fantastic job 1-Grid! I'm most impressed with the knowledge and professionalism of your customer facing staff! 10 out of 10 guys! Awesome experience!
