1- Grid - Service that was / is worth it

I had to call the helpdesk this morning. Help desk Operator one, had some form of a speech impediment.. and I have to admit, that after 5 minutes, I just ended the call... I phoned in again, and Tash helped me - Clear speech, GREAT knowledge and very helpful. After he assisted me, I asked to be transferred to the Accounts dep, for a balance inquiry. The accounts was also very helpful.. IN summary.. it was a good morning for me...
