1-Grid saved my day
My emails from all my mails on my domain disappeared between November 2020 and mid April 2021. It was there one moment and gone the next. Having an accounting practice I had a mild panic attack but contacted 1-grid via the customer portal and in my layman terms explained what happened.
I got an answer to acknowledge receipt from Zaheer Walley that he saw what I saw (so I wasn’t crazy) but he would escalate it ASAP. They worked their magic and all my nails were back in their place.
Zaheer kept me informed at all times and he was nothing short of awesome.
This isn’t a once off. The (very) few issues I have had with my domain and mails are always looked at and resolved almost immediately. I am not just a number.
