1-grid really cares about their customers
Zola certainly turned out to be our Knight in Shining Armour today! After struggling with major email issues since 26 March 2021, causing our business to slow down to a snails pace, Zolani assured us this morning, that he WILL resolve the issues before close of business today, which he certainly has done. Not only that, he is also keeping our Ticket open for a further 48 hours, just in case there are any gremlins that kreep in over the weekend. Thank you from the bottom of my heart Zolani!
