1-GRID - POOR SUPPORT SERVICE
#*** - Email not working Call logged 14 Apr '23 - "Internal Server Error" As at 20 Apr '23 - incident only PARTIALLY restored. I understand that technology is not always an easy quickfix, however I have never experienced such poor service from 1-Grid; Zero/Poor response to my enquiries; no ongoing feedback resulting in our business activities being compromised.
