1 Grid Pathetic Service
I am extremely disappointed with the service I’ve received from 1 Grid. Their hosting platform is highly unreliable my domains repeatedly go down, directly impacting my business operations.
What’s worse is their poor customer service. When I try to contact them from my registered number, they do not answer, but when I call from a different line, they pick up immediately. This shows a complete lack of professionalism and accountability.
I have lost substantial business because of their constant downtime and unresponsive support team. Partnering with 1 Grid has been one of the biggest mistakes I’ve made, and I strongly advise others to avoid this company if they value reliability and proper customer service.

Thank you for your response. However, I find it disappointing that your reply offers no real solution or acknowledgement of the seriousness of the issues raised. My business has suffered repeated downtime and financial loss because of your unreliable hosting and lack of proper customer support this is unacceptable.
An apology alone is not sufficient. I expect a detailed explanation of what caused these recurring outages, what steps are being taken to prevent them, and why my calls from my registered number are ignored while calls from other numbers are answered immediately.
If this matter is not handled with urgency and transparency, I will be left with no option but to escalate the issue further and consider moving all services away from 1-Grid.
I look forward to your prompt and comprehensive response.
