1-Grid is the most useless ISP in Africa!
I have had endless problems regarding billing, service, support etc with this company. Last year I wanted to leave them and take my re-seller hosting over to another provider and they begged me to stay... huge mistake! I should have moved!
Whenever you have a support query and spend hours over the phone with them they will escalate the problem and get back to you, then they never get back to you again. If you phone them again and spend hours on the phone with them there are no record of your previous support request and you have to start over again... endless loop of no service and support. Issue just never get resolved!
If you ask to speak to a manager or supervisor, you cant. They dont allow you to speak to a team leader/manager/supervisor. The normal customer is below those ranks and not allowed to speak to them! They will request a callback from a manager which never happens! They never call you back.
I am fed up with them and want to cancel all my services immediately!
Tired of dealing with *********** providers who doesnt care about your business!
