1-Grid is unhelpful and its dificult to Get support

I host my DNS with 1-Grid I lost access to the control panel so I logged a support ticket. I was told that I would now need to buy a hosting package to manage DNS. I proceeded to create my own DNS servers. Now I am unable to get 1-grid to point to the new DNS servers because 1-Grid does not know what a glue record is. I keep getting unhelpful responses like, "Please ask your hosting provider to create the DNS records" 1-Grid is my hosting provider and that is what I have just requested.
