1-Grid is the worst hosting service

I complained two months ago and they sorted out my problem now I am back to square one. I want to transfer my domain from them to another company immediately. We paid their invoice over two months ago and now they have shut down our domain again saying we have not paid. This is the worst hosting service ever.

Customer Code 73984 support ID 812467. Please just accept my transfer request from Cybersmart hosting we will rather take this domain and hosting to them. Your customer service is appalling. 40minutes waiting on the phone for an answer, emails complaints get rep**** to after a week.

This issue has still not been sorted. I have not received the ticket to accept the transfer. I spoke to a consultant and he said they had sent the request I still have not got it and my new hosting company is waiting for the domain to be transferred
