1-Grid is the WORSE EVER administrative NIGHTMARE!!!

I am SO FED UP!!! with 1-Grid's MOST HORRIBLE, WORSE EVER administrative NIGHTMARE!!! This has been ongoing EVERY MONTH since Oct 2017 when my account was moved to 1-Grid when they bought / took over Serv-Hosting's customers (me included by no choice of mine).

EVERY month their invoicing is incorrect - invoicing for old / cancelled domains / hosting - invoicing is not consistent and EVERY month it takes countless hours over several days to get it right - it takes so long that my services get suspended for non payment WHILE WE TRY TO SORT OUR THEIR ERROS! 8-( - my domains list and hosting services list does not match and so I can not access my C-panel to manage my domains / services - the list goes on...

This total waste of our time EVERY MONTH has such a profound impact on our business, productivity, marketing, online systems & even some times impacts our clients.

WHAT THE HECK!!! this is unacceptable!!! What can I do to fix this? Where can I go? Who should I speak with ONCE!!! to get this fixed for good?
