1-grid is getting worse day by day

1-grid is just getting worse day by day. I have made peace with their terrible support and terrible invoice system, but now they went too far.

It all started when i made two payments of which they claim they never received, yet in my statement they clearly stated that they went to them. They did make efforts to call and i was told i need to contact PayFast. Now they took out money from my account without any authorization and in their defense the issue was escalated. I don't mind them running their business the best way they know how, infect i have even migrated my services away from them since the words "better service" looks not to be in their vocabulary.. But can they be terrible on their own without having to play on our accounts?
