1-Grid hosting services are the WORST in the industry

We host a number of client websites on a reseller package. The hosting platform is regularly 'down' and there is no communication and we receive the slowest response times I have experienced in 25+ years in this industry. We have been provided with a '***' email address but I am shocked at the poor support that we receive. This is a 24/7 environment yet all support for their own infrastructure stops at 5pm and our sites can be down for 15hrs without the solution being attended to before the office re-opens the next day!

This creates reputational damage and risk of loss of business and there is no accountability. We will most certainly be moving all our client sites and would encourage any/everyone else to do the same.
