1-Grid has no sense of urgency and are not client-centric!
I have been a loyal client for some years with 1-Grid but after the silent treatment I received from the technical support team for the past few days I am really appalled and disappointed with their service especially during this period where my prospective clients cannot communicate with me due to 1-Grid email hosting services breakdown for the past 5 days. It's the beginning of a new year and we need to cover ground and generate revenue but we losing and bleeding money because of *********** technical support.
