1-Grid (Gridhost) - WORST SERVICE EVER

This is the worst service from a hosting company ever! I have been trying to sort out my emails since just after 8 this morning, with no avail. While was holding for 20 minutes, I got cut off and had to phone again. I phoned again and was on the phone for more than an hour and it is still not sorted. While holding they advertise their live chat. I tried that as well. The person manning the chat claims to be the only one, he also only answers periodically (every 20-30min). I phoned AGAIN and tried to cancel my hosting. I was told that they will also phone me back as they have a lot of cancellations. I am not surprised! Up until 13h07 I still don't get emails, neither did anyone phone me back to cancel or sort the problem.
