1-Grid frustrating

My account has been suspended even though I paid in January. And most frustrating is that when I click to have a live chat there is a pop up that says we can't talk to you now but tell us more about yourself. If you have a link to a chat facility and you're a tech company, surely it should all work optimally. Very annoyed at this service.
