1-Grid friendly professional and
During lockdown the schools were closed and as a result we did not receive our 1-Grid service provider's invoice. The service was suspended and we should have paid a connection fee. Umar from 1-Grid handled the matter so professionally and credited our account with the reconnection fee amount.
