1-Grid finance department. Is it worthwhile to subscribe to such service??

While 1-Grid's hosting services are outstanding, concerns have been raised about the competence of their finance department. At Urban Consulting, we utilise international transfer as a preferred payment method. However, over the past three years, there have been instances where 1-Grid has taken up to six weeks to locate payments made via this method, despite providing proof of international transfer.This issue is not conducive to a streamlined process and can result in significant time and resource expenditure. In contrast, other businesses in South Africa have received their payments within five to seven banking days. Our most recent payment was on 3 January 2025, and 1-Grid have not been able to locate this payment, despite us providing repeated proof of payment/transfer since 3 January 2025.
