1-Grid - Excellent service from Carmy in billing dept

I've been a customer of Gridhost (now 1-Grid) for several years. Today Carmy Matthews at 1-Grid's billing department provided some EXCELLENT customer service. She was polite, friendly, helpful and efficient. When I lost cellular signal she called me back to assist with my invoicing and accounts queries. It was a breath of fresh air compared to accounting environments at other companies which seem stifled by poor service and one sided conversations. Thank you Carmy for the excellent service!
