I would like to express my sincere gratitude towards Antonio Justino and the rest of 1-grid tech team who was assisting us.

We experienced an major issue where our website's database file got *******ed and in effect caused the site to go down.

We tried numerous attempts to recover the site from the available backups, but the database recovery kept on failing.

Antonio did an excellent support work, recovering our business website where others have given up.

He took the initiative to phone me and follow up on the issue, he was friendly, very interested in looking for a solution to resolve the matter. The call dropped a few times, he kept phoning back, in total we were almost 2 hours on the call.

He was reassuring and did intense modifications to get an older database file we had, to work and communicate correctly with the website.

The site was working again, and the best part is we haven't lost any content work!
