1-Grid doesn’t know what they are doing

This is the WORST web host EVER! The server went down and there wasn't communication. Eventually when I went on the website there had been an issue notification. By the end of that day, mails were STILL not working. Had to call the next day. Phones were not being answered, mails not being responded to. A week later my mail is still not working. Also a HUGE hassle getting in touch with them. When they decide to get in touch, I'm told my mail isn't working because it is over 200% disk usage. I didn't get a notification at any point that my disk usage was approaching 100% usage. It is only after the email server migration that I am now sitting with this issue. HOW?!
