1-Grid Disappointment
We have been with 1-Grid, previously GridHost, previously WebAfrica for many years, and have had our ups and downs with you, but this month has been a joke!! We have a number of services with you and have had for at least 5 years, so we know what to pay every month, which we do as soon as we get your invoice! So this month we get a notification that unless we pay R 0.99 our services will be suspended (20 July 2020), on the 21 July 2020, 6 invoices appear on our account from January and our account is suspended, since then we have not been able to get our account freed up again. I am amazed that this company still has customers. I will be shopping around for a new provider. The ticket for the 99 cents is #852508
