1 grid debit order issues,

My debit order date is the 2nd of every month, every year when the 2nd falls on a Sunday they try to retrieve the money via debit order 2 days before the 2nd,causing me to not only be debit R65 bank charges with fnb for failed debit order fee but then 1 grid have the cheek to charge me anotger R50 because their collection failed, I called in and informed them that my employer paid us late and we got our money on the 1st. This was totally not in my control, when I asked for a refund due to them trying to debit before hand I 2as refused, when I asked if I could move my debit order date to another date they said their systems don't allow it. Then on top of that my emails don't even work, changes get made on their side causing a mail function on my side, so just beware I lost 115 due to their incompetence, and all this after phoning in on the 3rd of June to enquire if they did eventually receive their money and was told they did, only to receive an sms on the 9th of June stating they not only deducted my usual fee of R178 but also a penalty of R50 for their debit order that didn't go through because they attempted 2x to put it through before I even got paid!!!

Hi Carmy, back to my case for customer 72967  , i went to my bank yesterday to go ask for a refund of the other R64 that they deducted because you guyes tried to deduct before my debit order date, and they said you guyes initiated the debit order before hand so you should be the ones to credit me. why couldnt you guyes submit the mag tape after the 2nd like you eventually did? this would have prevented me being debited on the 30th by my bank as my salary only came in on the 1st and my usual debit date is the 2nd of each month anyway,so please pass a credit of R64 for this months debit order.i can email you proof that FNb charged me for failed debit orders and proof that my salary only came in on the 1st june.
