Hello Peter, allow me to give you a short background. I have dealt with many suppliers over the past 12 years. I cannot easily be satisfied.

1-Grid however exceeds all expectations around good service delivery

The following points has a high and important value in my book. An Agent working for 1-Grid, Jamy-Lee Mansfield deliver way beyond expectation -She always give feedback about progress made -She goes that “extra mile” -She is always friendly and professional -She is a true ambassador for 1-Gird -Her work is fast and efficient -She always have my best interest at heart Jamy-lee is like a caring parent. Sometimes I would make mistakes and only realiZe it later. When reflecting upon the work it shows that Jamy-lee has taken care of the error. This assures me that the job is in good hands. Where I come short, she would take steps to correct it. It is the first time that I experience such high standard of service delivery from a supplier. I wish she was working for my company. She is an extremely valuable asset for her Employer. I will not leave 1-Grid anytime in the future because they are spot on in identifying unspoken needs. I am recommending 1-Grid to all of my business contacts.
