1-grid (AVOID) - over 3 years as a Client

I'm an going to be brutally honest here...

I've been with this company for over 3 years and have over 10 client Website/hosting/Domains etc. on my account.

BUT....when it comes to service......1-grid is HIGHLY disappointing.

1) Ticket Responses are very unpredictable (VERY) - it could take 30min or 3 days. 2) It seems that payments are not handled accordingly and services become suspended even if payment was made over 72h ago. Reflecting very poorly on my business and clients. 3) It seems (in my objective opinion) that this company don't even take care or provide the support to loyal client. 4)Chat Bot online, take over 40min.....if you get a response.

I am unfortunately in the process of moving OVER 10 clients' (as far away as possible) websites from this Company.

AVOID 1-Grid! I highly recommend GoDaddy, support is excellent and they understand it what it means to clients. 1-grid is a Dog and Pony Company that are clearly, ABSOLUTELY clearly not interested in improving and maintaining good customer relations.
