1-grid appalling support service

We have had a disaster with emails managed by 1-grid. We have not been able to send and receive emails properly since 4/3/2025. When you call in to support it can take up to 20 minutes before you get to speak to someone, and all they say is they are working on it. It is impossible to speak to management or someone who has any knowledge in the company. They apparently moved our emails onto a new server and today when I called in, they are moving them again, but no one informs you of this. They just close the ticket when they don't feel like communicating anymore?
