Bad service and rude

The Technicians didn't finish the job we've agreed with him to finish the job the next day he didn't peach up no communication when I'm phoning him his rude and he over priced me I paid him cause they were not filling safety the job was done on the 24th of this month till today he hasn't come back his coming with issues they charge me 4400 of which the call out was 295 the company when I'm phoning them they just dropping the call while I'm talking.
