They collect outstanding balance for SABC TV LICENSES They are absolutely useless!

It has been months of trying to sort out an account that was paid

Emailing them statements, invoices, proof of payments

Attached, please find SABC TV LICENSE INVOICE PROOF OF PAYMENT Email correspondence: I have emailed this to SABC numerous times I have emailed this to your office numerous times Telephonic calls with your office Someone called me and gave me an email address, I sent the proof to the given *** After receiving another SMS from your office, I emailed you again and I tried to call. Your telephonic system gave me an option for someone to call me back. I opted for someone to call me back. However, no one called. Unless it was one of the spam calls I received where the calls are dropped once I picked up, I would not know. My spam blocker is not active on my phone Kindly note that I am unable to upload my proof of payment to your system, without making a payment. This leaves me without the option to query an invoice I believe has been paid. This should not be fair or legal. I should have the rights to query and amount and the opportunity to produce my evidence. I should last be given the opportunity to dispute and extra charges If SABC did not reconcile their accounts and remove the funds from the suspense account and allocate it to my account, they should be held liable for the collection fees However, since they did not make contact with me and give a breakdown of what the outstanding fees are This leaves me in the position of thinking that they have just not allocated the payment I should not be held responsible for their lack of clear and updated correspondence if they are only sending automated messages and not communicating properly with me. I also feel that Nudebt has taken the same path Today I received a message "URGENT NOTICE: Trace Alert loaded against your name at the Credit Bureau" I called the number *** below today and the call gets answered, however it seems like it is muted. So I cannot communicate with anyone Then I called *** – this person just speaks over a person and does not listen. Please listen to the call. She has once again given me Amanda's email address. I hope Amanda gets back to me. She mentioned that she will bring this urgent matter to Amanda's attention, as Amanda is her manager
