Bad customer service

After welkom handed me over incorrectly I presumed that nudebt is a new initiative to help witj collections in paid on 1st October to date nudebt hasn't allocated my payment to telkom my services with telkom have been stopped and no one at nudebt can tell me when it will be resolved both Matome and Lonwabo weren't helpful at all and this is affecting me when I did nothing wrong
