Google Play deducted money from my account without my permission

I am extremely disappointed with Google Play because money was deducted from my account without my authorization. I did not make or approve this purchase, yet the amount was taken from my account.

I would like Google Play to investigate this transaction, explain how the deduction was authorized, and refund the full amount as soon as possible. I have checked my account and do not recognize the transaction.

This is very concerning because it involves my money being taken without my permission. I would appreciate a prompt response and resolution.
