Worst costumer service and bad workmanship

<p>We bought a new dark blue Ford Ranger from Robertson Rola/Ford and wanted a canopy fitted. Due to the fact that we are situated in Strand and the dealer that sold us the bakkie is situated in Robertson the dealer had to find a approved Beekman canopy fitment center closer to us. Unfortunatly the only one near us was ZZ Tops in Strand. We took the bakkie in for them to take the fuel cap off so that they can match the color. This however was my first concern because, if you contact Ford they will give you the correct color code. We waited two weeks for them to finish the canopy and eventually we heard the great news that we can take the bakkie in. When my wife and I arrived at ZZ Tops we could immediately see that the color of the canopy was lighter than the color of the bakkie. We went in to discuss the problem with Kathy Koetzer (not sure if owner or manager) she immediately told us that we are wrong. With her arguing, while on the way out, she tried to explain that you will never match the color perfectly. We tried to show her that if you look from a distance that the color was lighter and when you look closely, especially at the roundings at the back where the canopy opens, that the white still shines through. Even more, if you look on the bottom of the canopy you can still see the white? Lets not stop there. If you look at all the windows you can see the blue paint on the edges of the glass? Meaning they sprayed it with the windows on. The indents around the windows are still white under the glass. While Kathy Koetzer still argues with us that the work was done correctly I told them they must keep the bakkie there to do the work properly. As we got into the car to drive away we saw that the signage on the side of the bakkie was damaged. We went back inside to confront her but needless to say she argued again. This is the worst experience we have ever encountered. Poor client service and even worse workmanship. All we want is that the color of the canopy matches the bakkie and that the work must be done neatly around the sides and around the windows. </p>
