Stop these *******

Zwotenda Luxury spa in Pretoria closed during level 4 lockdown but kept their website open and continued to sell vouchers of which I purchased a R1000 voucher. I visited their spa at Menlyn Maine countless times and tried calling to no avail. I tried again in December 2020 and found a new spa open at the same location and they advised me to contact Mr Mashidze Zwotenda as he had closed the spa and was contactable on his mobile phone. I contacted him and he told me to send the voucher for refund. To date I send him 2/3 messages per week and he promises to send the money into my account and never does.I feel cheated as they should’ve closed their website for any purchase the minute they knew they had stopped operations and stopped taking peoples money. Mr Zwotenda is not an honest business person.
