STILL WAITING FOR MY MISSING TSHIRTS!

We placed an order for Tshirts in September, a week or two later we got confirmation that the shirts are ready. Upon arrival for collection, we were just informed that some shirts are damaged and they would need to redo them. The shirts eventually came but the order is still missing some tshirts. After many attempts to speak to the lady who handles the whatsapp account, we still dont have a way forward. She is very rude and doesnt have basic business etiquette. I would never recommend this business to anyone. The quality of the tshirts is also poor and one arm is bigger than the other.
