Feelings Like I Was ****med!

Enquired with them after I saw them on TikTok. After agreeing to sign up and asked for the contract/agreement to be sent to me, they went quiet. Tried calling, no answer, sent WhatsApp text, no response. After a whole 3 months I eventually managed to get a response on WhatsApp and I asked for a cancelation and termination of debit. After that, they still debited me. I asked for a refund a one of the consultant said they won't do it as they regard it as a "cancelation fee" which was never disclosed at all even when they assisted with the cancelation.
