ZWEEP PROCUREMENT SPECIALIST IS A DROPSHIPPER
After reading the Hellopeter article about drop shipping retailers, the light went on thankfully! ZWEEP is definitely a dropshipper. I ordered a Black Trousers size 36 and received a skinny little trousers. I asked to exchange it and Kristen Buys offered me a voucher as they don't do refunds. I refused a voucher and said I just want a bigger size. I offered to bring the Trousers to them myself.
That's when ZWEEP and Kristen Buys went silent. They're of course hoping I'll just go away like so many others... I'm now sitting with a trousers I can't wear, unless i lose 20 kg immediately!

I'm so sorry you had a less than satisfactory experience on the Zweep online store.
I've investigated the train of the correspondence between yourself and Kristen. You indicated that returning the sale item was going to be too costly and wanted to return the item to our depot in Parow. We invited you to do the return as you proposed.
What we failed to highlight in the correspondence with you, are the terms and conditions that apply to sale items. Despite not accepting returns on sale items, we were prepared to accommodate you to offer you a voucher. We unfortunately do not have a bigger size of the pants on sale. The voucher we are offering you can be used in future or to offset the cost of the normal retail price of the pants in the size you require.
The item you purchased has a size guide on our site which we advise you to consult before placing an order to ensure that the sizing is as accurate as can we. We are more than happy to assist you if you are unsure of how to take the measurements.
Please accept my apology for this misunderstanding and we will happily offer you the voucher upon receipt of the item at our Parow address.
