Safety concerns

I would not book another party here again. Service was really bad. The most concerning is safety. My son had his 11th birthday there, and while they were driving the quad bikes, one of the wheels fell off. Fortunately the child was not injured, but this should not be happening. It could have resulted in injuries if it happened when he was going faster. He was luckily driving very slowly when the wheel fell off. There are no toilet facilities, and they don't tell you that when you book. If you need the bathroom you have to drive to another location a few minutes away. The party area was tidy and clean, however the trampoline is very old and in need of maintenance.
