Damage...Take Responsibility

I was driving home on Friday 08 September 2023 after fetching my granddaughter up from school, passing by Blouberg International School where they are busy with construction a big vehicle from the construction site was parked on the left hand side blocking the whole road causing a blind spot so it was difficult to pass him, so I waited for him to go to my shock and horror he starts rolling back, I hooted. screamed he heard nothing just kept on rolling back until he hit me. There were two constructions workers on the site that did nothing to assist, I requested his drivers licence just to be told its not with him I can phone the company. I only bought my car a month ago for it to be scratched, the light cover damaged and the number plate damaged. I phoned the company to be told they must speak to their driver first and never heard again. I also emailed the school with no response. What is it with people you damage someone else's property and you just drive away taking no responsibility for your actions What if a child from the school was behind the truck he heard nothing driven over the child.
