Zurreal

We have a savings card with Zurreal, since the beginning there has been numerous problems with this card. It does not work at all, you can only use it at a chemist, doctor, dentist etc. With all the businesses upgrading card machines these cards don't work at all, which means that you have to pay your account and then claim it back from them, this is an even bigger problem as it takes days to get a refund and loads of paperwork. Our card expired in December this year, I am still waiting for the new card to come after I had to phone them and ask them what is going on and why is the card not working at any of the above. Needless to say that the poor lady trying to help me cannot give me answers as to why the card is not working and when the new card will be delivered. I will not recommend anyone signing up for Zurreal as there is no customer service. Let's see what happens today whether we will receive the new card or not
