Unavailable Health Card

I now give up with Zurreal's card division! I have been struggling for years to get my Health Card out of them! I give up now! There is NO communication from Zurreal - their different divisions have NO communication with each other and Zurreal doesn't care. I can't even complain, because they have no complaints department - ABSOLUTELY useless staff who are not interested to help. This is probably the worst company I have ever done business with. They always just say that my card has been sent. Sent WHERE???!! Nobody can help me... I even tried to go and collect the card at their offices but when I phoned to hear (obviously they never phoned back as promised) if my card is ready for collection they said: \Your card has been sent\" but they don't know to which post office. What a JOKE!!!"
