Unavailable Health Card

<p>I now give up with Zurreal's Health card division! I have been struggling since November2016 to get my Health Mastercard that they've replaced with the old Healthcard from their side out of them and that they also send it to my previouse address after i've confirmed with them twice to change to my new address on their system! After numerouse phone calls they inform me that they have to submit me with a new mastercard&that they will phone me back & that is were it stays. I give up now! There is NO communication from Zurreal - their different divisions have NO communication with each other and Zurreal doesn't care. I can't even complain, because they have no complaints department - ABSOLUTELY useless staff who are not interested to help. This is probably the worst company I have ever done business with. They always just say that my card has been sent. Sent WHERE???!! Nobody can help me... I even tried to go and collect the card at their offices but when I phoned to hear (obviously they never phoned back as promised) if my card is ready for collection they said: \Your card has been sent\" but they don't know to which post office. What a JOKE!!!"</p>
