****** MONEY?

<p>I have been paying R 1 000 a month to my Zurreal Healthcard and in October last year they wrote to me saying the old health card was being replaced with a new one that was going to be sent to me. I have never received the new card. It is almost impossible to get through on the phone and when I do they say they will send the cards in the next day or so and still nothing has arrived 5 MONTHS LATER!!</p>
