Quick to take money but won't refund!!!!!!

I changed medical aid from 1st Jan 2016, therefore I cannot be on Zurreal. Zurreal won't refund my gym fees, as they say it was not 3 months (Nov & Dec). However they have debited my bank account for Jan subs. Normal subs are R 188, they have debited R 248!<br> <br> If I had known that they won't refund the gym fee for the 2months I would have cancelled Zurreal instead of paying them for nothing! I did enquire whether gym fees would be refunded for the two months & I was told that as long as my membership with Zurreal & Resolution Health was still active till the end of December, my gym fees will be refunded. Please refund my gym fees- I did actually make my gym visits.<br> <br> I have also requested a refund of my January 2016 subs but still no refund. There is also money still on my card which needs to be refunded before bank charges can use it up!!!<br> <br>
