Healthcard Savings disaster

<p>Although the system worked for us, since November last year when they decided to change their system from Visa to Mastercard, only problems experienced with accessing funds we have depositied and now delays coming into 5 months for a permanent card solution. Fees continue to be charged but for 2 months no access to use whilst they were getting their ducks in a row. The poor liaison lady - Olga trying to apologise etc but we still do not even have access to the funds from the one account because they only transferred my wife's balance to the temporary facility.</p>
